Giant Leaps Through Tiny Steps - INTENTION

Today's Health Activities/Discoveries - March 22, 2012
1. 30 grams of protein within the first 30 min. of waking. This would be about the equivalent of 1 can of tuna or 1 cup of turkey hash. This morning I had half that about 45 min. after waking.
2. Flash Diet/Food Journaling - Houdi's journal becomes my food diary. My tuna morning snack was a small can, combined with some mayo and pickled greenbeans, on rye cracker.
3. Kettleballs - who knew these even existed. Timothy Farris says a 5 min. workout 3 times per week will greatly improve body strength.
4. Lower abdomen Pilates - do 20 clenches daily
5. Workout journal on Google Docs spreadsheet
6. Take Vitamin D, calcium, turmeric.
7. Sun Lamp - twice per week
8. Watch Timothy Farris again 2 times
9. Look for examples of 2% that produces 90%
